You enter your desired fare before requesting a ride. Nearby driver captains see your offer and can accept it directly or submit a counter-bid. You see all bids in real time and choose the captain you prefer — based on price, rating, or ETA. The fare is locked once you accept.

If a driver cancels after acceptance, EasyGo automatically re-queues your ride request to nearby captains at priority. Drivers who cancel after acceptance incur a penalty score. Repeated offenders face temporary suspension per our Driver Accountability Policy.

Drivers publish a route with available seat count (typically 1–3 seats). Riders browse published routes, pick a departure, and bid their per-seat fare. Drivers confirm individual seat reservations. Platform seat-based ticketing fees apply per seat transaction. Seat allocations are first-confirmed, first-served.

The Beta launches exclusively in Lahore — Gulberg, DHA, Johar Town, Bahria Town, and core city zones. Sialkot expansion is scheduled for Week 5 post-Lahore Beta. Nationwide corridor operations for carpooling are planned for Q2 2025.

EasyGo is the only platform in Pakistan offering true mutual counter-bidding — both riders and drivers negotiate. We offer 5 distinct booking modes (including 7-day advance and seat-level carpooling), the lowest platform commission (15%), instant driver payouts, and a custom Laravel + MySQL backend engineered to minimize operating costs.

All driver captains undergo CNIC verification, vehicle registration check, and background screening before activation. Rides are tracked with geofenced anti-fraud monitoring. Emergency SOS in-app with live location sharing. Strict user verification protocols on both rider and driver accounts.

Drivers receive earnings via next-day settlement (T+1) to their registered bank account or JazzCash/Easypaisa. EasyGo deducts only 15% platform commission — the lowest in Pakistan's ride-hailing market. Weekly payout summaries in the Captain Dashboard.

Week 1–2: Soft launch in Gulberg and DHA Lahore with 200 verified captains and 500 beta riders. Week 3: Expand to Johar Town, Bahria Town, Model Town. Week 4: Full Lahore coverage, public Play Store & App Store release. Week 5+: Sialkot expansion begins.
